Simple Homemade Hummus


Ingredients:

  • 1 – 15oz. can chickpeas

  • 2 – 4 tbsp. water

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 3/4 tsp. cumin

  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Add additional water if needed to thin out hummus. Add salt to your taste preference. Keep refrigerated.
