Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps


Tuna Lettuce Wraps:


10 oz cooked tuna ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 1 celery stalk ¼ cup diced red onion ¼ cup diced dilled pickles 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard Lemon juice Salt & pepper Lettuce leaves


Directions:

  1. Cook tuna. If using canned tuna, tuna in water is a healthier choice.

  2. Dice your vegetables.

  3. Mix all ingredients and season to taste.

  4. Serve on lettuce leaves for a crunchy refreshing meal, that is both healthy and delicious.
