The Amygdala is our brain's emotional center located in the cerebral hemisphere and the Hippocampus, located in the temporal lobe, plays a major role in both learning and memory.

It has been discovered that by using the combination of feelings, thoughts, sensations, and imagination while smelling specific Young Living essential oils can provide relief to the memory and emotional complex of individuals. This allows the person to become liberated from the emotional effects of negative experiences in their past.
