In this class, participants will receive group support, be given ways to deal with grief during the holidays and throughout the year. You will also be to experience energy release through meditation and Aroma Freedom Technique. This is class will be done by Dr. Lisa and Brenda Fletcher of Beautiful Day Hypnosis. It will be held at the office at 119 Central Ave. N in downtown Faribault. It is from 3pm - 4:30pm CST.
