¼ teaspoon sea salt

1-2 teaspoons brown sugar

3 tbsp walnuts, almonds, or pecans

½ cup of a dark flesh fruit (fresh or frozen) ie. blueberries, raspberries, dark cherries, blackberries

2-3 tbsp gluten free granola
