Paleo Instant Oatmeal


Produce                Nuts & Seeds

1/2 Banana                2 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened   

Baking & Spices            Dairy           

2 tbsp Almond flour            1/3 cup Cashew milk

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 pinch Sea salt


1.  Mash banana in bottom of bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

2.  Microwave 1 – 2 minutes, until hot and starting to bubble. Stir and let stand a couple minutes. It will thicken slightly as it cools.
3.  Serve with your favorite toppings
