• 2-3 lbs of steak
  • 3 Tbsp of Fajita Seasoning
  • ½ red fresh bell pepper
  • ½ green fresh bell pepper
  • ½ yellow or orange fresh bell pepper
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
  1. Cut steaks into long thin strips and place in crockpot
  2. Wash all produce.
  3. Clean out the seeds of the peppers and cut them into strips.
  4. Peel and cut the onion into strips
  5. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion to the Crockpot
  6. Season everything with Fajita seasoning.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  8. Serve warm with your choice of tortilla and toppings

Fajita Seasoning
(1 tsp of each or for a less spicy version decrease Cayenne Pepper to ½ tsp)

  • Paprika
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Oregano
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper
