Basic Shake Recipe

  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit or vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon high quality oil (e.g., flax oil), not necessary if already taking an oil supplement
  • 4 rounded scoops of SP Complete (sold here at Humfeld Chiropractic and Nutrition)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3-4 ice cubes for thicker shake.

Blend until desired Consistency and Enjoy.
